Minutes to PTC December 2019 Meeting
OTES PTC Meeting December 4, 2019 Welcome and Introductions Holiday Bazaar Update: 70 vendors. DOGS are planning on helping set up Friday evening and helping vendors Saturday morning. Tables rented from General Rental. Sign Up mostly full – still need a few volunteers to help with concessions in the afternoon. Map available for volunteers to help vendors find their designated location. 4th Grade Request (Todd Rand and Kerri Dexter): Maine’s 200th Birthday! Matt Dunlap will be a guest in the morning, to raise the Maine Bicentennial Flag. Would like to order bicentennial t-shirts for all 4th graders (maine200.org). Would like the PTC to support the cost of the t-shirts. Proposal to have the PTC pay for half of the cost of the t-shirts. Those in attendance voted to support half the cost of the t-shirts for 4th grade students and teachers. Maine State Museum now offers goodie-bags for $1 x 100 students = $100.
